When registering, we collect your email address, username, and account credentials. When using our URL submission and backlink checking features, we process the URLs, target backlink destinations, and anchor texts that you submit.
2. How Data is Used
Submitted URLs are processed solely to verify crawlability, detect backlink presence, and deliver discovery signals to open search engine protocols (e.g. IndexNow). We do not sell, rent, or distribute your backlink campaigns or project details to third parties.
3. Data Retention & Pruning
To protect server resources and uphold data minimization principles, raw crawl logs and transient request telemetry are automatically pruned after 14 to 30 days. You may delete campaigns and projects at any time from your dashboard.
4. Security & Protection
API keys are stored exclusively as one-way cryptographic SHA-256 hashes. Passwords use standard WordPress cryptographic hashing algorithms. All data in transit is encrypted using standard TLS/HTTPS.
